Your account
There is no password. Go to your account, enter the email you bought with, and we email you a link that signs you in once (it expires after 20 minutes). The order email contains a link that works for 24 hours.
Downloading
Each piece you own has a Download button. Clicking it creates a private link that works for 10 minutes and only while you're signed in to the account that bought it. If a link expires, click Download again.
The House gives you one zip with every piece, plus a separate zip for each piece.
Licence keys
Every piece in an order has its own licence key (for example MB-7KQ2-…). It's in your order email and your account. Keep it with your records; quote it when you ask for support.
Updates
New versions appear in your account under the same piece, with what changed. Download and upload the files again; your theme settings are kept.
Lost access?
If you no longer have the email address you bought with, contact us with your order number and we'll move your purchases.
